Grand Master Ho Yung Chung began his training in the martial art of Tae Kwon Do in 1952. With a 9th degree black belt and over 50 years experience, Grand Master Ho Yung "Tiger" Chung is one of the highest ranked, most respected martial artist in the world!

Grand Master Chung has many achievements in Tae Kwon Do including: International Master Instructor, Founder and President of the U.S. Tae Kwon Do Ji Do Kwan Association - Board Member of the AAU Tae Kwon Do (1973 - 1977) - Director of team Canada to the 1973 World Tae Kwon Do Championships in Seoul, Korea - Member of the Board of Directors of the Michigan Tae Kwon Do Committee.

Tae Kwon Do has been an important part of my life since my youth. The study of Tae Kwon Do, while instilling the student with confidence, enables them to enjoy the benefits of society without being absorbed or, overwhelmed by it. With proper guidance and training students can accomplish many aspects of their lives. The disciplines of Tae Kwon Do are designed to make the students nonviolent, to inspire them with feelings of confidence, well being and to make their lives more meaningful. I welcome you.
